my phone rings and i'm greeted with chuckles...

me: 'why?'

friend: 'i'm at a blackout sale...'

me: 'what do you mean? they have no power?'

friend: 'they have! i'm at <mall>... they just call it a blackout sale...'

me: 'oh... haha... sorry... sometimes i'm dim... anyway, why were you laughing?'

it turns out he sent me pics of him trying on stuff and he wanted my opinion on them...

he called me laughing i'm not sure whether because

-  he thought i was going to laugh at his pics so he jumped the gun on me

or

-  he found himself laughable on hindsight...

whichever...  it's always good to be able to laugh at yourself...  when people laugh at your expense, then lighten the joke by cashing in yourself...  ;"p
