you do something you are not supposed to do
either
because
you do not know it's not supposed to be done
or
you are intentionally committing a violation.
the latter is definitely not good.
the first, well, as the legal principle goes,
ignorance of the law is no excuse.
for those who hold certain positions,
certain things they have to know.
not knowing these things means
they do not deserve to hold the position.
show some shame.
