but when it happened.

you don't string events randomly.
you put them in order.


someone entered
and then
you locked the door

paints an altogether different picture from

you locked the door
and then
someone entered.


rascals could easily appear pitiful
by narrating events out of sequence.

ask questions.

don't be fooled.
