i was surprised BPI is a pick-up point for the Free Seeds and Seedlings project. i was wondering what on earth the bank's security officer was thinking to agree to such an arrangement.
it turns out BPI does not refer to the Bank of the Philippine Islands💰 but to the Bureau of Plant Industry 🌱
