me: 'what size is it?'
sister: 'medium...'
me: 'medium?! i won't even fit in medium, what more you...'
sister: 'you're large?'
me: 'L, XL...'
sister: 'you're smaller than me, it would fit you...'
me: 'i'm usually XL... medium would be too small... why'd you buy medium?'
sister: 'it was on sale...'
